Recruitment: Construction Economics Engineer - Estimator (QS)
Job Description
• Prepare tender documents, submit bids, evaluate bids, and conduct verification of project cost estimates and total project budgets.
• Perform cost estimation, quantity surveying, and quotation for construction projects, and control costs throughout the project phases.
• Monitor and update project quantities during the design and construction phases, and prepare cost estimates for any additional work performed.
• Control the volume of work performed, payments made, and final settlements with the investor, subcontractors, and work teams.
• Drafting contracts, contract addendums, negotiating and bargaining for tenders.
• Monitor the progress of implementation according to the quality and quantity specifications of the contract package.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
* Candidate requirements: Male - Female
• Graduated from college or university with a major in construction economics or related fields.
• Have 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Thorough understanding of unit prices, norms, and technical standards in construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost estimation software (G8, Delta, Acitt, or equivalent).
• Hardworking, responsible, passionate about work, and able to withstand work pressure.
