The Smart ICT Ecosystem Project provides an architectural development framework for ASEAN Smart City platforms with consideration and assessment of the use of ICT in the Disaster Risk Reduction Management System. (DRRM) and the availability of Secure Transmission Control connecting to Internet Protocol/Protocol Identifiers (TCP/IP).
